Sales Director – Outbound Sales Team

Our client, a fast-growing healthcare company specializing in compounded pharmaceuticals and personalized medication solutions, is seeking a Sales Director to lead a virtual team of inside and field sales representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape sales strategies, inspire a national sales team, and make a significant impact in the compound pharmaceutical industry.
Competitive base salary with potential to earn uncapped commissions.
Fully remote role with occasional travel.

What you’ll do as the Sales Director:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a remote team of inside and field sales reps, providing coaching, performance feedback, and training to enhance productivity.
- Develop Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to set sales goals, implement best practices, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and sales metrics using CRM tools, providing regular updates and insights to the executive team.
- Strengthen Relationships: Oversee client management, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Foster Collaboration: Create a cohesive virtual environment that unites inside and field sales teams to achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, managing both inside and field sales teams.
- Proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a talent for motivating remote teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Go High Level CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15%) for meetings and client visits.
