What You’ll Do

• Analyze and interpret market trends, competitor data, and consumer preferences to provide actionable business insights.
• Leverage tools like Brand Health Tracking and Panel/POS trackers (NPD, Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or similar) to synthesize and validate market data.
• Acquire and organize data from multiple sources (internal, syndicated, and third-party) to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product Management, IT, Marketing, and Sales—to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement methodologies for researching, analyzing, and presenting data in visually compelling ways.
• Continuously optimize processes to improve the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of insights delivered to stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Psychology, Market Research, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business research or data analysis.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in data models, data mining, and analytical tools.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data into actionable business strategies.
• Collaboration: Experience working across teams with diverse stakeholders.
• Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the North American food industry is a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 2-4 weeks per year.
