Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of IT management experience
• Expertise in Cisco Meraki (firewalls, switches, access points)
• Proficient in VMware (vSphere, ESXi) and Windows Server (Active Directory, Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting and IT project management skills
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and data protection
• Certifications like CompTIA, MCSE, or Cisco preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage WAN, LAN, and wireless network infrastructure
• Oversee VMware clusters and Windows-based virtual machines
• Implement IT policies for security and performance
• Provide hardware support for staff (PCs, Macs, printers, etc.)
• Lead IT projects, system migrations, and upgrades
• Train staff and manage IT team performance
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
