Good tenure in previous positions is required, as we are looking for long-term loyalty. General Manager Requirements:

• At least 2 years of GM Experience; Preferably with a high volume fast casual w/Drive-thru
• P&L exposure, responsibility, and understanding of all financials
• Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant
• The ability to build and lead a strong team
