General Manager Responsibilities:

• Execute all necessary administrative responsibilities.
• Team building, including hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
• Maintain all brand standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Develop the management team through ongoing training, coaching, and annual reviews.
• Oversee profit and loss, labor, and inventory management.
• Create a culture of care by fostering relationships with team members and guests.

General Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality management position.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on team growth and development.
• Highly organized and results-driven, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
• Comfortable mastering every position in the restaurant before training others.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable managing inventory and ordering.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
