A prominent family in New York is seeking an experienced and talented Director of VIP Services to work in their home. The household is based in New York City, but some seasonal travel is involved. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and creativity and must have a strong knowledge of wine, food, and florals.

Director of VIP Services Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of service.

·  Must provide leadership to their fellow team, and always ensure that the homes are maintained to exceptional standards

·  Must be able to assist and service the family and their guests and must also coordinate special events and experiences

·  Must be able to be hands-on with the team, lead by example, and provide the tools needed for all to be successful

 

Director of VIP Services Requirements:

·  Proven experience in a Luxury VIP Environment

·  Exceptional organizational and time management skills

·  Flexibility and willingness to travel

·  Discretion and respect for privacy
