This critical role demands strong leadership to elevate the IT services and solutions and ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations. We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to make a significant impact!

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party vendors, supervising service team members, and ensuring that IT infrastructure, applications, and processes operate efficiently and effectively. The IT Director of Service Delivery will facilitate seamless coordination across various teams, such as infrastructure, helpdesk, and application support, to deliver high-quality IT services internally and externally. 

Additionally, the Director will ensure the scalability and security of the infrastructure, manage incidents, and oversee IT functions for new store openings.

The following certifications are considered a key advantage: 

• ITIL Master certification Leading Connectivity and IoT Frameworks,
• Project Management experience,
• Systems Analyst ( Root Cause Analysis), 
• Wireless Technology/Network Administration/Firewall Management,
• Lean or other Operational Excellence (OpEX) certifications.

It is not a remote position, but it requires being on-site in Greensboro, NC.
