The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of optimizing operations across grab-and-go concepts, cafeterias, catering, and other retail services while demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational abilities to maintain top-tier standards.

Director of Retail Operations Requirements/Responsibilities

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience in Higher Education as a manager or director
• Experience managing retail food service or comparable high-traffic locations
• Inspire and guide teams to achieve superior service and operational goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring profitability and seamless customer experiences
• Evaluate financial performance to ensure budgets are met and margins are maximized
