Key Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a Director level management role within food service or campus operations
• Skilled in managing multi-unit operations while ensuring top-notch guest experiences, financial performance, and team growth
• Expertise in labor management, inventory control, and organizing large-scale catering events
• Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and maintaining efficiency in all areas of operation
• Strong communicator with the ability to build and sustain client relationships through proactive engagement
