Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, preferably Fast-Casual concept.
• Ability to manage schedules, ordering, inventory, etc.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L experience.
• High volume experience: 5M+ per year.
• Assure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies.
• ServSafe Certification REQUIRED
