Commercial Kitchen Service Technician – Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment
• Deliver high-quality service to customers by utilizing your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting expertise, and ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Collaborate with manufacturers as needed for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and parts identification
• Maintain accurate and timely administrative documentation, including work orders, time logs, receipts, and truck stock inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or HVAC systems
• Availability to participate in an emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
• Relevant technical training, licenses, or certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.)
• Experience with commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment repair is preferred
