Business Intelligence Manager Benefits
• Location and Work Hours: On-site in our corporate office in Miami is preferred—either full-time or on a hybrid schedule, but fully remote is possible for the right candidate.
• Base Salary: $90-110k+ depending on experience

Business Intelligence Manager Qualifications
• Experience: 5–7 years in data management, business analysis, or financial analysis roles, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL/ Python/ R, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling and reporting, and ability to identify trends and opportunities to provide guidance and drive improvements.
• Communication: Strong ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Business Intelligence Manager Responsibilities
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of collected and reported data; oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles.
• Predictive Analysis: Apply advanced analytics and modeling to forecast trends and measure outcomes; develop dashboards and BI tools for real-time insights.
• Process Optimization: Automate repetitive data tasks, streamline manual processes, and conduct monthly audits to ensure data integrity.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Lead team check-ins, address challenges, and provide training on new tools and techniques to enhance team performance.
