Director of Operations Requirements:

• People-first personality - develop and mentor General Managers and their teams
• Proven success in training and holding people accountable
• Ability to think outside the box with revenue-generating ideas
• Dynamic leadership

Director of Operations Qualifications:

• Understand profit and loss statements
• Big picture viewpoint - but can manage to the details
• Able to travel locally within Florida. Broward to Tallahassee - travel provided, expect to travel once per month
• Over 2 years as a proven multi-unit leader

Director of Operations Compensation:

• $90-100K in base salary
• Bonus - 20%
• Health and PTO
• Built-in growth- expandingto up to 5 stores by the end of 2025.
