We are searching for an Upscale Dining Sous Chef who will be responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the kitchen. Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Train, manage and coach the culinary team
- Be a leader in a scratch kitchen committed to quality ingredients and presentation
- Assists with private dining and banquet events as needed
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Scratch cooking experience in an upscale dining setting
- Commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure and maintain professionalism
