The Role: Warehouse Manager

As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee and optimize warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth handling, storage, and distribution of industry-leading safety products.

What You’ll do as Warehouse Operations Manager:

️ Manage all aspects of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, and order fulfillment.

️ Implement streamlined processes for inbound/outbound shipments.

️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

️ Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated warehouse team.

️ Optimize inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability.

️ Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments and improve workflows.

️ Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet customer needs.

️ Drive efficiency and cost reductions through operational analysis.

️ Maintain the facility and ensure equipment is in top condition.

What We’re Looking For in Warehouse Operations Manager:

️ Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).

️ Proven experience in warehouse or operations management.

️ Proficiency with WMS and inventory control systems.

️ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

️ Knowledge of safety compliance standards.

️ Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:

🌟 Experience with Amazon, Grainger, or MOBE3 ERP (or similar systems).

🌟 Certification in logistics or supply chain management.

🌟 Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
