Family owned and operated scratch kitchen Steak & Seafood Restaurant seeks an Executive Chef. We have a rich history of over 30 years in operation in our present location. Additionally, our founder's family have owned and operated restaurants in the area for over 100 years. Our focus is our team and our guests, in that order. We are growing, recently adding additional dining space and services. We are seeking a hands-on Executive Chef who is up for the challenge.

-Five years of experience managing a scratch kitchen operation.
-Good tenures in past roles.
- Experience with vendor selection and relations
