Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• $3 Million+ in annual sales
• People-first personality
• Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
• Team-oriented
• Dynamic leadership

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• Understand profit and loss statements
• Big picture viewpoint - but can manage to the details
• Must be very guest focused
• Foodservice and/or hospitality background
• Solid understanding of liquor, beer, wine service

Assistant General Manager Compensation:
