Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in food service or campus operations
• Lead multi-unit operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, financial performance, and team development
• Oversee labor management, inventory control, and large-scale catering events
• Prepare budgets, control costs, and maintain operational efficiency
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and proactive engagement
• Strong skills in financial planning, labor relations, and team leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; high-energy, hands-on leadership style
