Role Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurant’s success, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork. With an eye for detail and a flair for delivering exceptional experiences, you will engage closely with both staff and guests to create an atmosphere of elegance and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire, mentor, and manage a small, dedicated team, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience
• Build authentic relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and consistently exceed their expectations with personalized service
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standards of fine dining
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality
• Train, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive and professional environment
• Maintain the restaurant’s impeccable appearance and service standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in a fine dining setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in fine dining
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act decisively
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
