Position Summary:

As the Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing a large management team, and ensuring financial and service excellence. You'll take ownership of maintaining our high standards while creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to lead all facets of restaurant operations.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by upholding and exceeding service standards.
  • Manage financial metrics, including achieving $10+ million in annual sales volume.
  • Support multi-revenue stream management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a large management team to excel in their roles.
  • Act as a key problem solver for operational challenges while maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Assistant General Manager role within the hospitality industry.
  • Background in multi-revenue stream concepts is preferred.
  • Proven success managing high-volume operations ($10+ million in annual sales).
  • Consistent and reliable work history with minimal job-hopping.
  • Strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
