Position Summary:

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong, cohesive management teams. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on mentoring, and business acumen to ensure all locations meet company objectives and uphold brand standards.


District Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary: $80k–$90k

District Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an engaging and enthusiastic team leader, providing mentorship to managers.
  • Communicate effectively and hold General Managers and Restaurant Managers accountable to company objectives and brand standards.
  • Hire, train, and develop leadership teams while proactively building bench strength for future needs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, fostering a collaborative and cohesive team environment.
  • Ensure alignment with financial goals by setting budgets, analyzing P&L performance, and providing strategic oversight across multiple locations.

District Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management and budget oversight.
  • Proven ability to interpret P&L statements and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
