Key Responsibilities:

  • Dedicate approximately 75% of your time to overseeing and enhancing day-to-day operations, including training and team development, with the remaining 25% focused on strategic planning for growth and increased revenue.
  • Act as the primary connection between corporate leadership and franchisees, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and improved performance across the network.
  • Establish and implement best practices, performance metrics, and processes to drive franchisee success, including guidance on financial planning and marketing strategies

What You Will Bring:

  • Over 11+ years of leadership experience in franchising within home service-oriented industries, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop teams
  • A strong financial acumen and track record of driving profitability and efficiency
  • Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
