Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of kitchen leadership experience.
• Commitment to excellence and the development of your team.

• Brings energy and enthusiasm to build a cohesive, motivated team in a fun and dynamic environment.

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional service and execution on every shift.
• Support the Kitchen Manager (KM) and Executive Chef (EC) as needed to maintain seamless operations.
• Exceed guest expectations with every meal and interaction by maintaining the highest quality and standards.
• Foster respect, accountability, and collaboration among team members while providing thorough training and support.
