We are seeking an experienced Accounting Solutions Consultant to oversee high-impact projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and leading initiatives focused on Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Accounting Solutions Consultant Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects in the areas of Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
• Drive change management initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Accounting Solutions Consultant Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, with a focus on Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement
• Experience in a publicly traded company is highly desirable
• Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects and driving change within large organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
