Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify and cultivate new opportunities that align with our brand’s vision, building strong partnerships that fuel growth.
- Nurture Relationships: Develop deep, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
- Client Lead: Be the trusted point of contact for high-profile clients, managing complex events and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.
- Seamless Execution: Collaborate closely with the operations team to bring event details to life, ensuring every experience exceeds client expectations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our marketing team to create eye-catching campaigns and promotional materials that draw in new event clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in event sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Creative Vision: A strategic thinker with a flair for creative problem-solving and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proven Network: A strong existing book of business with the ability to leverage relationships for ongoing success.
