Assistant General Manager Compensation and Benefits

Assistant General Manager Compensation Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to train and inspire teams in high-volume, upscale dining settings.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Leading and training high-performing service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Managing financial operations, including P&L, inventory control, and ordering.
• Utilizing online tools for reservations, scheduling, and POS systems.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Department of Health and sanitation procedures.
