Job Title: HVAC/R Service Technician

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

You’ll work with equipment such as:

• Ice machines
• Walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers
• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• Split systems
• Air handlers
• Exhaust and make-up air fans
• HVAC/R control systems

HVAC/R Tech Key Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems with precision and efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards through accurate documentation and thorough inspections.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to provide outstanding service and ensure satisfaction.

HVAC/R Tech What You’ll Bring

• 3–10 years of experience in HVAC/R installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• MA Refrigeration License (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Experience with HVAC/R controls and modern smart technology integration.
