Senior Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all estimating
• Responsible for project from inception to completion
• Responsible for reviewing all documentation

Senior Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience in residential projects - pre-construction/estimating
• Solid industry software knowledge
• Strong leadership experience
