Job Summary

Join our dynamic legal team as a seasoned Immigration Attorney Partner. We’re looking for a candidate with over a decade of experience in immigration law within a law firm environment, who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment-based and family-based immigration matters.
  • Represent clients in proceedings with USCIS and other government agencies.
  • Handle E-2, O-2, and L-1 visa cases.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates to deliver exceptional legal services.
  • Draft precise and accurate legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case progress and updates.
  • Develop and manage a portable book of business while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and meet all necessary deadlines.
  • Serve clients proficiently in both English and Spanish.

Immigration Attorney Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in immigration law, emphasizing employment and family-based matters.
  • Proven expertise with E-2, O-2, and L-1 visa applications.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents, clear communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively while managing a portable book of business.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Active membership with the Florida Bar.
