Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Train and coach new team members, while building strong relationships with both BOH and FOH.
• Oversee recipe execution, portion sizes, prep lists, and assist with scheduling in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in a full-service, casual, or upscale-casual restaurant with a proven ability to maintain standards and build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on work ethic, and strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and inventory management protocols.
