Brand Leader Responsibilities:

  • Operation responsibilities - leading, training, and developing within the day-to-day operations/people for 3/4 of your time, the remainder will be developing strategies for growth and revenue increase
  • Serve as a liaison between corporate and franchisees, ensuring operational support, satisfaction, and performance improvements across the network
  • Develop and implement best practices, key performance indicators (KPIs), and processes to maximize franchisee success, including financial planning and marketing spend guidance.

Brand Leader / President Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience in managerial roles within franchising of home service-based industries, with proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Proven strong financial skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and resolving complex issues in a high-touch, fast-paced environment
