General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage complex business relationships
• Proven ability to set goals and oversee projects proactively
• Strong background in developing diverse teams and fostering leadership
• Eagerness to embrace new systems and processes with a hands-on approach to operations
• Experience managing a team of 40+ employees, including three or more salaried managers, and overseeing $3MM+ in annual revenue

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintain seamless communication in a fast-paced environment
• Develop future leaders while maintaining accessibility and support for all team members
• Work with leadership to set objectives and track team progress toward excellence
• Build strong, positive relationships with guests, local businesses, and the community
• Maintain a high presence on the floor (90-100% of the time) to lead operations and inspire the team
