Job Summary

The Senior Catering Sales Manager will lead and manage all aspects of our private event sales department. This position also involves collaborating closely with the operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of events that exceed client expectations.

Senior Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build partnerships that align with our brand values
  • Build solid and lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and complex events
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure all event details are executed to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new event clients

Senior Catering Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Existing book of business
