Sr. Operations Manager Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA desirable)
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• 7+ years of distribution experience with some high-level leadership experience
• Experience in improving operational efficiency, developing people, budgeting, process improvement
