Director of Nursing Requirements and Responsibilities:

• RN with an active New York State Nursing License and a Bachelor's degree in nursing
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery center
• Act as a key resource for the Administrator, surgeons, clinical staff, vendors, and team
• Oversee staffing needs, including scheduling and team management
• Ensure a positive patient experience and high-quality care outcomes
• Maintain regulatory compliance to meet all state and federal guidelines
