Catering Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Creates catering menus with development of SOP's
- Monitors all food service operation up to and including quality of all products produced
- Strong experience and focus, staying within budgetary guidelines, including but not limited to inventory and ordering
- Coaching and development of team
- Leads daily meetings, creates prep lists, and distributes additional duties to team members as needed
- Hands-on leadership style, with a high focus on food quality and recipe adherence
Catering Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 3+ Years experience in management
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- High attention to detail, organization, and communication!
- Excellent Knowledge and understanding of all food safety and HACCP standards
- No schedule restrictions (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
- Union experience preferred
