Catering Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Creates catering menus with development of SOP's
• Monitors all food service operation up to and including quality of all products produced
• Strong experience and focus, staying within budgetary guidelines, including but not limited to inventory and ordering
• Coaching and development of team
• Leads daily meetings, creates prep lists, and distributes additional duties to team members as needed
• Hands-on leadership style, with a high focus on food quality and recipe adherence

Catering Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• 3+ Years experience in management
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• High attention to detail, organization, and communication!
• Excellent Knowledge and understanding of all food safety and HACCP standards
• No schedule restrictions (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
• Union experience preferred
