Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to play a key role in supporting the maintenance department and ensuring the seamless operation of our entire facility. In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling, coaching, and developing a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and reliable production environment. You will help drive the company’s maintenance strategy, ensuring that equipment is maintained and production continues to run smoothly and efficiently. Facilities Manager Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property Management
  • Electrical background
  • 5 + years of proven experience in facilities management - laundry operations a must
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills 
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities


Facilities Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance high end laundry equipment to ensure no shutdowns or stoppages
  • Ensure facilities are always well-maintained and clean
  • Manage the facilities maintenance team
  • Oversee facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage risk, manage CAPEX projects
  • Support physical plant and systems
  • Manage and supervise a maintenance team that provides 7-day per-week coverage


Facilities Manager Compensation:

  • up to $75,000.00
