Marketing Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $60-$70k
• Health and dental insurance

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in marketing
• A passion for the construction and real estate industry
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills to communicate with people at all levels
• Ability to utilize multiple platforms and technologies to target large audiences
• Possess the skill to measure KPIs and pivot strategies

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Manage all marketing channels and tools
• Oversee all internal and external content for brand consistency
• Work with internal teams to determine the best use of marketing budgets
• Utilize relevant software and keep abreast of industry trends
