In this role, you’ll oversee multiple high-performing revenue streams, manage large teams, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee High-Volume Operations: Manage multiple revenue streams with combined annual revenues exceeding $8 million, ensuring operational excellence across all locations.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop large teams to foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
• Profit and Loss Management: Take ownership of P&L statements, setting goals to optimize profitability while managing costs.
• Passion for Hospitality: Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s values.
• Drive Growth: Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and support the company’s expansion plans.
• Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with team members, guests, and partners through effective communication and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success managing high-volume, multi-unit operations (minimum $8M+ in annual revenue).
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and budget management.
