Job Summary
We are looking for an Entertainment Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager is responsible for leading event planning and working alongside other team members to drive a project from brief to delivery. They must be creative and enjoy working within a small, dynamic environment that is fast-paced and demanding. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with a keen eye for visual storytelling, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to turn concepts into reality.

Entertainment Project Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience planning and producing events
- Proven track record of producing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Events technology platforms (keynote, slack, google suite, microsoft, etc)
- Creative Craftsmanship: A knack for crafting or makeup artistry is a plus.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, depending on the needs of the business (some travel is required)
- Effectively design, produce, and manage social and corporate events from concept, proposal writing, verbal proposal presentation, production and planning, and event day executionÂ
- Creative and Visual Storytelling:
- Demonstrates a sharp eye for selecting imagery that conveys concepts, matches themes, and embodies quality.
- Develops and sketches concepts to communicate creative ideas.
- Innovative Brainstorming:
- Generates fresh ideas for projects, sourcing new and innovative vendors.
- Conceptualizes and develops creative ideas that align with client goals and event themes.
- Leads budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy as needed
