Responsibilities

• Develop NC programs from CAD models, sketches, and problem descriptions
• Select tooling, set cutting parameters, and verify part accuracy
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring top quality
• Lead and train machinists on complex tasks
• Support R&D teams with work-holding and setup solutions
• Manage low-volume, high-precision projects

Requirements

• 15+ years of machining experience, 10+ years in precision and prototyping
• Expertise in multi-axis NC programming, manual milling, and turning
• Experience with materials like plastics, composites, aluminum, titanium, Inconel
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and process instructions
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
