Job Summary

Our restaurants have received nationwide recognition for excellence! A family-owned and operated company is searching for the next Vice President of Training for relocation to Chicago, IL. This position will drive training and organizational development programs across the organization in support of the tactical and strategic goals of the business. The Vice President of Training will be responsible for developing, evolving, facilitating, and owning the Manager-in-Training, Shift Leader, Teammate, Office Support, and New Restaurant Opening programs.

Vice President of Training Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 10 years of previous hospitality experience with 5 years in a Director/VP level role in a fast-casual or casual dining atmosphere
  • A history of successful leadership, building a great culture and fun environment
  • Ability to build trust with the team. Strong sense of integrity.
  • Actively assist with New Restaurant Openings
  • Create training programs and hold to standards
  • Passion for people! Ability to lead using the values and vision of the company.
  • Ability to make an impact. Be the voice of new initiatives and lead by example.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to travel at least 50% per month to various locations throughout the US
