Director of Operations- Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 10+ years of restaurant operations management experience, including drive-thru expertise.
• 5+ years overseeing 20+ units with full P&L accountability.
• Skilled in policy creation to drive profitability across multiple locations.
• Strong communicator with advanced coaching, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Director of Operations- Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue targets and 4-wall EBITDA goals for all restaurants.
• Identify and close performance gaps to meet company projections.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
• Coach Area Coaches and staff while leading recruiting and training initiatives for store managers.
