Job Summary

Are you ready to join one of the fastest-growing fast-casual restaurant groups in the world? We’re looking for a CPA Hospitality Controller to help drive our rapid domestic and international expansion. This leadership role involves overseeing financial operations, reporting directly to the CEO, and managing accounting, payroll, tax, and financial reporting. Must have franchise experience and a CPA license!


Hospitality CPA Controller Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead accounting teams, ensuring compliance with legal and market-specific requirements.
  • Develop and oversee annual operating, capital, and program budgets.
  • Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial forecasts, keeping the CEO updated regularly.
  • Ensure seamless payroll processing, expense reporting, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Evaluate and implement new accounting systems for growth and efficiency.

Hospitality CPA Controller Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years as a controller; CPA license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to implement streamlined systems.
  • Hospitality experience preferred, but qualified candidates from other industries will be considered.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
