Director of Operations Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Oversee all venue activities, coaching and developing direct reports, and setting clear expectations across all departments.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Act as a polished leader capable of coordinating, forecasting, and ensuring effective communication flows upward.
• Guest Experience: Facilitate exceptional guest experiences through direct interaction, delegation, and consistent follow-through.
• Brand Integrity: Uphold brand standards as a role model in every aspect of operations.
• Financial Management: Leverage strong P&L expertise to identify revenue opportunities, close gaps, and develop team members' financial acumen.
• Vendor Relations: Negotiate vendor contracts effectively while maintaining and protecting the brand's integrity.

Director of Operations Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality, sports, or event management industry.
• A long-term thinker who demonstrates passion, creativity, and grit.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Exceptional skills in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on growth and innovation.
