Senior Residential Construction Estimator Responsibilities:
· Lead the estimation process for renovations, new builds, and custom home projects
· Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines
· Develop compelling bid proposals and tender submissions
· Identify potential cost risks and propose value engineering solutions
· Utilize and manage estimation software like ProEst, PlanSwift, and Sage Estimating
· Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing cost tracking
Senior Residential Construction Estimator Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction estimating
· BA in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field preferred
· Deep understanding of Boston's construction regulations and industry practices
· Proficiency in construction estimation software and digital cost-analysis tools
· Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
