Job Summary

Are you a licensed real estate broker with a passion for leadership and team-building? Join our residential home building company as we expand across the Southeast region. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director / Broker to lead our sales team and create lasting impacts in the communities we serve.




What You’ll Do

🔹 Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

🔹 Implement strategies to boost brand visibility and generate buyer traffic.

🔹 Build relationships with real estate professionals and industry leaders.

🔹 Oversee daily sales operations and ensure successful closings.

🔹 Collaborate with marketing teams on events, promotions, and campaigns.

🔹 Provide sales forecasts and actionable insights to operations leadership.




What You Bring

Licensed Real Estate Broker with 4+ years of new home sales experience.

Proven leadership and team management expertise.

In-depth knowledge of real estate trends and industry practices.

A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel within the Greenville-Spartanburg area.
