Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Energy Equipment Engineering Manager with our client, a reputable corporation specializing in custom energy equipment/systems design, manufacturing, and installation in Vancouver, WA with over 50 years tenure. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team at their corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA. Relocation is available for a qualified individual.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of a bachelors of science in engineering, preferably Electrical or Chemical.
  • Industry experience in power equipment systems engineering and manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of strong leadership and management experience, ideally in a similar role. 
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD electrical design, and project software such as ETAP and MS Project.
  • Experienced in design, fieldwork, installation, and troubleshooting in the process industry, power distribution, cogeneration, and PLC-based control systems.
  • Experience working with 3-phase 480V AC applications.
  • Proficiency in computer-based HMI software such as Rockwell FactoryTalk View, Wonderware InTouch, and Ignition.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience managing domestic and international projects.
