Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Hands-On Leadership: Actively manage daily operations, including working the line.
• Detail-Oriented: Continuously seek improvement and maintain high standards.
• Team Building: Foster strong relationships and develop cohesive teams.
• Coaching Skills: Inspire excellence, provide constructive feedback, and address underperformance.
• Passion for Hospitality: Exhibit enthusiasm and positivity in delivering outstanding service.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Consistent work history with no more than two employers in the past 5 years.
• Self-motivated and eager to advance within the company.
• A degree in hospitality or business is preferred but not required
