Board Certified Behavior Analyst

***Sign-on Bonus: $2,500***

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create/implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in BIP implementation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic services.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Stay informed on research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Requirements:
• Pass state and company background checks.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified (or certification in progress).
• Field experience in ABA therapy.
• Willingness to work onsite or in-home settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
